Who Am I?
I'm Lore Dewulf. I believe that travel is the best way to learn. It opens your eyes. It makes you see the world from a different perspective. That’s what makes traveling so magical.
I am a 30-something Belgian who’s addicted to traveling. As a university student I lived in Italy for half a year. In the same year I worked and traveled in Cambodia for 3 months. After these two completely different and intense experiences, I wanted to explore even more. Together with my husband we went to Mexico, Guatemala, Australia, Thailand, Laos, Egypt, Jordan, Croatia, Hongary, Austria and many more.
In 2010 our first baby arrived. As planned, if you were wondering. People were telling us how difficult it’d be to continue our life on travel modus with a little baby girl. We were determined to prove them wrong. So we booked a trip to Norway with our 3-month old girl. She loved it, we loved it. We proved that having a baby girl was not a good reason not to travel.
In 2011 baby number two entered our world. Everybody was telling us… with two kids it’s even insurmountable to explore the world. Of course, our strategy remained the same. Ready, set, go. Off to France with the four of us. Later to Portugal, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, The Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Suriname and Curaçao. More to come. Much more to come.
In between we take some budget trips without kids as a couple. In the last couple of years we went to Spain, Portugal, New Delhi and the U.S.
