  1. […] Make your own spring rolls on the cruise – The cruise caters all the meals you need and light refreshment such as fruits. To be frank, I didn’t have high expectation of the food but to my surprise, everything tasted fantastic and fresh! What’s more, there’s a Vietnamese Spring Rolls making session. It is very easy to do and pretty fun making your own spring rolls! Keen to find out more about Halong Bay and watch a video I made for the trip? Check out my blog post here! […]

Halong Bay has been written about a lot but this idea of an overnight cruise around it is the best way to appreciate it. Thanks!

  3. Vietnam is looming large oon our list for this new year of travels. I will definatley be looking into staying overnight on a boat to catch the great sunrise and sunset for sure. And as a bonus for us it will tick off another UNESCO word heritage site.

    • I’m sure you’ll have a great time in Halong Bay and the rest of Vietnam! I personally prefer Northern and Central Vietnam, people are more friendly and the scenery is much more beautiful.

It’s very interesting to be on a cruise there as I’ve been always in land and never been on a cruise. Vietnam is a very nice country and we’ll be visiting soon. I hope we have a time to go to Halong Bay too! I want to visit the caves 😊
