I love all these options – but I think the old town and the aerial tramway would be the best for us – gorgeous.

  • I’d love to visit Albuquerque during the balloon festival. It must be quite a spectacle seeing these giant, colorful balloons on the blue New Mexico sky. As for riding in one, I don’t think so. They just had another accident this year also, if I am not wrong.

The the Albuquerque balloon fest has been on my list for a while now – I saw a photo one time and was sold! Definitely a romantic way to spend time with your partner. I didn’t know though that Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway is North America’s longest aerial tram (seriously beautiful views!) or that Albuquerque has such a stunning old town. Thanks for extending my knowledge – hopefully I can travel soon!
